The
Process:
1 - Imagine
Dream up your custom piece–choose an existing classic piece that you love, bring in an heirloom piece to repurpose, or start from scratch with a design made exclusively for you.
2 - Collaborate
Fill out a quick questionnaire and schedule your private Virtual Bespoke Jewelry Design Consultation with us! We will discuss the design style you are interested in and what your wants are based on the answers from the questionnaire.
5 - Visualize
We’ll move into designing your custom piece in 3D CAD. Here, you will receive color renderings of your design from multiple angles in accurate scale. We offer two complementary revisions that include band profile change, band width/depth, and minor stone adjustments. Once aligned, an additional 25% of payment is due.
3 - Design
We’ll provide sketches of various design concepts, source the necessary materials, and then present you with a selection of one-of-a-kind designs to choose from. We’ll also share a quote for the custom piece during this time.
6 - Assemble
We are in the final stages of finishing your bespoke piece! Our jewelers are working hard to cast, finish, set, and polish your new fine jewelry piece.
4 - Align
Once aligned on the design sketches and cost, a 50% deposit is required to move forward with production!
7 - Celebrate!
We’re done! And we’re so excited for you to see your piece and show it off! Once payment for the remaining balance has been completed, we will ship your custom piece to you along with an appraisal so that you may insure it. All pieces are shipped via FedEx, fully-insured, and require a signature, so keep in mind when entering your shipping information and be on the lookout!!
